This is your starting point. Before you visit any pharmacy, you need to understand what Dispensary is, what your role is, and how you are expected to carry yourself in the field.

Assessment

At the end of this course, you will complete a 10-question assessment. You need to score 70% or above to pass and proceed to Stage 1, Course 2: DispensaryOS.

The assessment will test your understanding of:

• What Dispensary is and what it does
• Your role and what it does and does not include
• Professional conduct standards in a pharmacy environment
• What a successful pharmacy visit looks like

You must pass this assessment before any field activity. Do not proceed to Stage 2 without completing both Stage 1 courses.
